I THOUGHT I’D BE HAPPIER BY NOW

Discovering a More Reliable Source of Happiness

Have you ever felt that life should be better than this? Despite our achievements, relationships, possessions, and opportunities, many of us still struggle with anxiety, disappointment, and a lingering sense that something is missing.

Yet even when we get what we want, the satisfaction rarely lasts. It's as if we're constantly drinking salt water with the expectation of being quenched. We turn again and again to the same sources of happiness (habits),  only to find ourselves arriving at discontentment instead.

Through meditation and timeless wisdom, we can learn to stop chasing happiness in places it can never be found and begin cultivating a deeper, more reliable source of well-being from within.

Join us for this practical two-part workshop and discover a more reliable source of happiness. A happiness that remains with you regardless of life's changing circumstances.

Discovering Our Potential

with Carl Timpone | 11:00am - 12:00pm

If lasting happiness cannot be found in external conditions, where can it be found? In this session, we will explore a special breathing meditation and discover the extraordinary potential for peace, contentment, and happiness that already exists within our own mind.

Tools for Lasting Happiness

with Megan Frey | 12:30am - 1:30pm

Knowing what would make us happier and actually doing it are often two different things. In this session, we will explore the habits of mind that keep us stuck in cycles of distraction and dissatisfaction, and learn practical meditation tools for retraining our attention and creating the causes for genuine happiness in daily life.

Everyone Welcome! No previous experience necessary.  Join us for one or both sessions!
